Online applications are invited in the prescribed perform through website www. hprbonline.com or www.hprbonline.in from eligible candidates for the posts of male constables detailed in para 1 below. The applications will be filled up to 18.09.2014 till 5:00 PM after which the link will be disabled. The candidates are advised to apply online well in time without waiting for last date of submission of online application. No offline application form or copy of downloaded application form will be accepted by this office. The printout of online application form and e-challan as a proof of fee deposited by the candidate will be brought along with original certificates for verification at the time of physical measurement and physical efficiency tests.

a)     Male constables (General Duty) in Haryana Police:

b)     Male constables (Wireless Operator) in telecom wing of Haryana Police:

Pay Scale:

a) Constable (General Duty): Rs. 5200-20200 plus GP of Rs. 2000/-

b) Constable (Wireless Operator): Rs. 5200-20200 plus GP of Rs. 2400/-

Application Fees:

For (i) General Category candidates & Rs,100/-

(ii) dependents of ESM

(d)     a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the     January , 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India ; or

(e)     a person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Shri Lanka or any of the East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zabia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethopia with the intention of permanently settling in India:

Provided that a person belonging to any of the categories (b), (c) (d) or (e) shall be person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Govt.”

(ii)  Character Certificate The candidates are required to produce a certificate of character from the Principal Academic Officer of the University, College, School or Institution last attended.

iii)  Minimum Educational Qualification:

a)   For post of Male Constable (General Duty):- 10+2 for all categories.

b)   For post of Male Constable (Wireless Operator)

In Telecom Wing of Haryana Police:- Two years certificate from ITI inElectronics/Computer/Telecommunication with minimum 60% marks. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or Higher Qualification.

iv)   Age limits :-

• a) Lower-18 years
• b) Upper-25 years

Note: – (i) For SC/BC/SBC candidates relaxation in upper age limit of 5 years shall be available;

(ii) For Ex.-Servicemen candidates: Upper age limit is 40 years plus continuous military service added by three years.

The break in service between the date of discharge and between day of the month in which enrollment process is started shall not exceed four years.

(Exact date on which the age is to be determined is August2014).

How to Apply Online:‑
1)   The candidates should visit website www.hprbonline.com or www.hprbonline.in after applying online a registration No. of candidate and ID No. will be generated.
ii)  Take printout of registration No. and ID No. for future reference to application and for reprinting of online filled application form and e-challan form.
iii)  The candidate should deposit fee in any branch of State Bank of Patiala after 48 hours of filling online application and e-challan generation and within the date as indicated in the Bank e-challan.
